These PTFE Teflon Side Seal Belts are widely used in the rolled paper products industryas as the conveyor belt. These belts are guided through the heat-seal units by PTFE Teflon Side Seal Belts running in tandem on either side of the product. The belts also provide a protective, non-stick barrier between the heat-seal elements, allowing the heat to transfer through to melt and seal the film wrapping, while preventing the molten film from sticking to the elements. Some belt applied the Raised metal rivet-like domes mate with
grooved roller tracking systems to avoid belt deviation during operation.
