In addition to its excellent release properties, wear resistance, low friction coefficient and corrosion resistance, the mesh fabric can also maintain its original physical form without deformation during processing at temperatures ranging from -170°C to +260°C. In addition, in view of its non-toxic, odorless and tasteless characteristics, it has been approved by the US FDA to be widely used in food processing, packaging and other processing fields.

Main Features of PTFE Teflon Coated Fiberglass Mesh:

● Anti-adhesive, easy to clean. It is easy to clean all kinds of oil stains, stains or other attachments attached to its surface; almost all adhesive substances such as paste, resin, paint, etc. can be easily removed;

● Very low coefficient of friction (0.05-0.1), the best choice for oil-free self-lubrication;

● Excellent temperature resistance, PTFE Teflon Coated Fiberglass Mesh can be used for a long time in the temperature range of -170℃~+260℃.
